Until further notice all of our fitness sessions will be on line, members of NWUK can access and book them a week ahead on our diary page. We have been doing these daily sessions for the past 8 weeks – with a daily class which lasts 35 minutes, no equipment is required, NILQUIP sessions are no equipment and if you are indoors all can be bare feet – from our living room to yours for a group activity where you will meet new people, make new friends and have great fun whist improving your fitness – this is the future if fitness – jump onboard now..!!
