UPCOMING ADVENTURES AND EXPEDS!

Its the time of year when Nordic Walking can start to take a back seat, along with other fitness activities, it’s important to keep it going, re starting in the new year, or any time can take a lot of motivation. Don’t set yourself a target to fail – keep your classes, sessions etc going for as long as you can, most fitness instructors are human and will be having days off over xmas and new year, so should you, kick back and relax.

Don’t use the season to switch off, we all feel better when we have left a class that we had to work hard and motivate ourselves to go to, if this is you you are set to succeed!!

Lesu will be about most of the festive season, with xmas and new year being mid week only a few classes have been cancelled, a Nordic Walk on the 1st has been programmed, (no takers yet!)  Check the programme on the web site for the programme – Beamfit sessions will take place and ultimately decided if taking place if we have numbers.

Treatments and Personal Training, contact us to book a treatment, a relaxing hot stones will give you me time!!
