MONTHLY PROGRAMME

We are now into April with the programming of Nordic Walking Courses, Taster sessions and Doublebois Club meetings – THE CLOCKS WILL HAVE ALSO GONE FORWARD!!! YEEHAR11

 

With longer days we have introduced an evening Doublebois Polers Club on Tuesdays at 6.30 pm – it is a 90m minute session and we meet in the normal place at Doublebois – first Tuesday club meet in the evening is on the 2nd.

 

We also start our special event – BOOT CAMP – again at Doublebois and first weekly session is WEDNESDAY 3RD AT 6 PM – it is a 60 minute session.

Whatever you do for fitness – when the clocks spring forward we should all be springing into our fitness regimes, changing, tweaking, or starting to get us ready for the spring and summer – Check out our calendar, make a booking and change your life – remember if any timings do not suit you – let me know and we will arrange a time to suit you
