I should later today pass the 100 mile mark, currently averaging 18 miles per day and feeling good! Staying ahead of the average will continue as the challenge progresses.
The body has adapted well with muscles not feeling sore and morning tightness quickly going. Just happy I prepared during Jan/Feb and conditioned for the event.
Will also keep up completing the daily routine in a single session when I can rather than doing split routines
